How does the Smart Assistant work?

Follow the LED indicators to know when to melt, cool and reheat. The lowest LED light indicates the melting point, the second LED the cooling point, and the third LED the reheating point. The highest LED light indicates the mode - type of chocolate. The LED indicator will blink until it reaches the target temperature. The closer to the target temperature you are, the faster the indicator will blink.
