How do I submit my order?

You can place an order via the bamchocolate.com online store as a guest or registered user. You do this by first searching for the product you want in the online store. You can help yourself with this with the search engine or with the help of the various categories found in the navigation bar.
For each product, you will find a product description, a description of the manufacturer and a product declaration. If you have selected the product you want to buy, click the Add to cart button to add it to your shopping cart. In this step, you can continue shopping and add other products to the cart, or click the cart icon in the right corner and select Checkout.
A summary of your basket opens, where you can check again which products are in your basket and the total amount of the order. If you have a promo code for a discount, you can enter it in the field in the Basket where it says Promo code. By confirming the code, it will be automatically added to your order and the order amount will be reduced (and the benefit is considered as a discount). If you agree with the order, click Continue to checkout.
*If you want to place an order as a registered user, click on the icon with a person in the upper right corner and log in. You can log in with your email or Facebook and Google account. You can also make a purchase as a guest without registration. You will be able to enter your information after clicking Continue to checkout in your basket. If you create your user account with us, you will also join our sweet Chocoholics Club.
If you decide to make a quick purchase without registration, do so by entering your information in the empty fields in the Checkout step. You can also select a different delivery address for gift shipping here. Next is the step of choosing Delivery. Next is the payment selection field. You can choose between Paypal, Payment by credit card or cash on delivery. After selecting the payment method, final confirmation of the order follows by clicking on the Submit order button.
Shortly after submitting the order, you will receive a message to your e-mail address about the successfully submitted order. If you have chosen payment by invoice, you will also receive payment information in the e-mail, and your order will only be accepted for processing after payment has been received.
