The package arrived damaged. What now?
Unfortunately, despite all our efforts to protect the products that we send to your home, sometimes an accident occurs during transport that can damage your package and product. In the event that the package is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service that delivered the package. You do this by informing us about the event (via e-mail info@bamchocolate.com) and we will provide you with the further complaint procedure with the current delivery service.
In order to make a claim for damage, it is therefore necessary to keep the original packaging and protection (the package in the same condition as you received it, without adding, removing or changing anything) and then prepare a Record of the damaged shipment with the delivery service. An invoice is also required for complaints. Together with the delivery service, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
