I received the wrong products

You can complain about the order if the goods do not have the characteristics listed on the website www.bamchocolate.com, if we sent you the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or if the products deviate from your order in any other way. You can complain about the goods within 14 days of purchase and notify us in writing at info@bamchocolate.com, where we will provide you with further information.
In the event of a complaint, you can request a replacement of the item, its repair or a refund. In the latter case, within 14 days of the notification, you return the goods in the same quantity and undamaged to the address: Moja Čokolada d.o.o., Savska Loka 21, Kranj). Even if you return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, this is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The costs incurred when returning the goods are paid by the buyer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You must attach a copy of the invoice to the return. A different method of refund at our expense is not possible. We do not accept ransom payments!
